This week's cake may be my favorite for real! Brûléed bananas, vanilla Italian meringue buttercream, caramelized condensed milk, topped with white chocolate whipped cream. A very simple, elegant semi-naked decoration with some banana chips as added visual flavor. Oh, and of course graham crusted banana cake layers! Delicious!
