Resepi Ikan Bakar Special Buat Dekat Rumah Pun Boleh | Memang Mantop Rasa Perapan Ikan Bakar Tu!
Ikan bakar antara resepi yang menjadi pilihan ramai juga. Perapan yang sedap mesti dapat membuka selera seisi keluarga. Pemilihan ikan juga mestilah segar supaya masakan pun jadi bertambah sedap.

Cadangan hidangan: 10 orang

Bahan-bahan:
3 ekor, Ikan pari (bersaiz sederhana), dipotong empat
¼ cawan, Minyak masak
¼ cawan, Air asam jawa
5 helai, Daun limau purut, dihiris nipis
4 helai, Daun kunyit, dibuang urat tengah dan dihiris nipis
3 sudu besar, TUMIX® Perencah Pati Ayam
1 sudu kecil, AJI-NO-MOTO®
2 sudu besar, Gula
4 helai, Daun pisang
5 biji, Limau kasturi, dibelah dua

Bahan-bahan (A): dikisar
20 biji, Cili kering, dibuang biji, direbus dan ditos
5 biji, Bawang besar
8 biji, Bawang merah
6 ulas, Bawang putih
6 biji, Cili api hijau
10 biji, Cili merah
1 cawan, Air

Cara menyediakan:
1. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali, tumis bahan kisar (A) sehingga terbit minyak.
2. Masukkan air asam jawa, daun limau purut dan daun kunyit. Kacau rata.
3. Perasakan dengan TUMIX®, AJI-NO-MOTO® dan gula. Kacau rata dan tutup api.
4. Senduk 2 sudu tumisan rempah di atas daun pisang dan letakkan sepotong ikan di atasnya
5. senduk lagi 2 sudu di atas ikan dan balut ikan dengan daun pisang.
6. Bakar di atas pembakar arang ataupun kuali leper. Bakar sehingga masak.
Hidangkan bersama limau kasturi.

Grilled Fish
Serving suggestion: 10 pax

Ingredients:
3, Sting ray fish (medium-sized), cut into 4
¼ cup, Cooking oil
¼ cup, Tamarind juice
5 pcs, Kaffir lime leaf, thinly sliced
4 pcs, Turmeric leaf, vein removed, thinly sliced
3 tbsp, TUMIX® Chicken Stock
1 tsp, AJI-NO-MOTO ®
2 tbsp, Sugar
4 pcs, Banana leaf
5 no Calamansi, cut into half

Ingredients (A): ground
20 no, Dried chilli, deseeded, boiled and tossed
5 no, Red onion
8 no, Shallot
6 clove, Garlic
6 no, Bird eye’s chili
10 no, Red chili
1 cup, Water

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the ingredients (A) until the oil rises.
2. Add tamarind juice, kaffir lime leaves and turmeric leaves. Stir well.
3. Season with TUMIX®, AJI-NO-MOTO® and sugar. Stir well and turn off the heat. Set it aside.
4. Spoon 2 tbsp of stir-fried grilled fish spices on top of banana leaf and place slices of fish on top of it, spoon another 2 tbsp on top of fish and wrap fish with banana leaves.
5. Grill on a charcoal burner or flat pan until it is cooked through.
6. Serve with calamansi.
