NO BAKE INDULGENCE CAKE
Resepi :

Kek batik :

- 300g biskut marie (patah dua setiap keping)
- 1/2 tin (200g) susu pekat manis
- 3/4 cawan susu cair
- 1/2 cawan serbuk koko
- 3/4 cawan milo
- 1 biji telur gred A
- 250 g mentega (cair)

Lapisan cream cheese:

- 250g cream cheese
- 1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
- 50g gula kastor
- 120g UHT whipping cream
- 12g gelatin
- 50ml air panas mendidih

Lapisan coklat ganache:

- 3/4 cawan UHT Whipping cream (dipanaskan)
- 200g coklat masakan gelap (dark chocolate)
- 1 sb mentega

No bake indulgence cake :

- 300g marie biscuits ( break into half each piece of biscuit)
- 200g sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup milo
- 1 egg (grade A)
- 250 g butter (salted)

Cream cheese layer :

- 250g cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 50g caster sugar
- 120g whipping cream
- 12g gelatin powder
- 50ml boiling water

Chocolate ganache layer :

- 3/4 cup UHT Whipping cream (hot)
- 200g dark chocolate compund
- 1 tbsp butter (salted)
