Baked Parmesan Potato Wedges - Easy Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges Recipe
Learn how to make delicious oven-baked potato wedges with Parmesan cheese, spices and *herbs de Provence. This potato appetizer is pretty easy to make and very tasty to eat.

*If you don't have herbs de Provence, you can add some dried herbs such as thyme, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, basil, fennel, chervil, tarragon, savory or lavender. Just take a little pinch of each, in any combination you desire.

- 4 medium potatoes, washed
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 60 g (2.1 oz) of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of herbs de Provence
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
