I invited my good friend Ellis @TheCakingGirl to recreate the cake from the book with me. In this cake, there is a layer for the entire family. Chocolate, vanilla, carrot, banana, vanilla spice, red velvet... There is something for everyone! We stack the layers with my Italian meringue buttercream and decorate with an easy ganache drip and sprinkles! It doesn't take much to make an amazing cake and Ellis is here to prove it to you! : )
