Resepi Ayam Panggang Yang Juicy | iCookAsia

Resepi:

Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ayam belah 4
1 biji bawang merah besar
3 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci halia
2 sudu besar sos lada hitam
1 sudu besar sos cili
2 sudu besar serbuk lada hitam
3 sudu besar madu
1 sudu besar gula
1/2 sudu kecil garam
1/2 kuib pati ayam
6 sudu besar Majerin Adela

Cara membuat:

1. Kisar halus bawang merah, bawang putih dan halia.
2. Gaulkan ayam bersama bahan yang dikisar dan semua bahan lain (kecuali Majerin Adela
3. Perap sekurang-kurangnya sejam. (lagi lama lagi sedap)
4. Letakkan Majerin Adela di atas ayam sebelum dibakar.
5. Bakar pada suhu 200°C selama sejam atau sehingga masak.

Roasted Chicken

Bahan-bahan:
1 Whole chicken (cut into 4)
1 Red onion
3 pieces of garlic
1/2 inch ginger
2 tablespoon black pepper sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
2 tablespoon black pepper powder
3 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cube of chicken stock
6 tablespoon ADELA Margarine

How to make:
1. Blend finely red onion, garlic and ginger.
2. Mix the chicken with the blended ingredients and all the other ingredients except for ADELA Margarine.
3. Marinade for at least 1 hour. The ingredients can be marinated for a longer time for more flavor.
4. Cover the chicken with ADELA Margarine before roasted.
5. Roast for an hour or until cooked at 200°C
