1 boneless, skinless chicken thigh, diced
3 oz. scallops
3 oz. shrimp
3 oz. squids
3 oz. cod fillet
Marinade
1 tsp. rice wine
½ tsp. salt & pepper
cooking oil, as needed
2 Tbs. ginger, minced
2 Tbs. garlic, minced
2 oz. celery
2 oz. carrot
2 oz. napa cabbage
2 oz. green snow pea
2 Tbs. rice wine for drizzling
