Cakies! A How To Cake It Classic - are my twist on ice cream sandwiches. Instead of Ice cream you get cake and buttercream. I love these because they are not only fun to eat, but also a lot of fun to make. Imagine having a cakie decorating bar, filled with sprinkles, chocolate, candy, cookies, cake and buttercream - and don't forget melted chocolate to keep the cakies together! - and having your friends decorate their own cakies! You could even have a competition, who is gonna decorate the best - or since it's Halloween - creepiest! Cakie?

And this time around I added a secret chamber for extra delicious creepy-ness and filled them with Caramel that I colored. Looks gross, tastes amazing.
