i made easy Wagashi Zenzai with New Year's Rabbit Mochi ;)
In Japan, there are New Year's rice cake cutting ceremony, It's called mirror breaking ”Kagamiwari”, most of Japanese hold the ceremony on January 11th.
so, i made it and use it for Japanese traditional sweets Zenzai. it's hot sweet meal warms the body and perfect for cold days!
