Dim Sum Beef Tripe Congee
For dim sum lovers. This is one healthy porridge ( aka congee ) that good for you. Less fatty beef cut that was simmer with rice, until rice are in creamy stage. So, easy to shallow and very mild to your tummy. Also good for cold or rainy days. Enjoy.
