MEE TARIK AYAM ALA CHINESE REFRESHING SANGAT
Resepi:

- 900g ayam (dengan kulit sekali)
- 2 inci halia
- 2 batang daun bawang diikat
- 2 biji bawang merah
- 1/5 - 2 liter air
- cendawan shiitake
- sawi bok choy
- 400g mee tarik/kuning/lidi
- 1 sudu makan sos tiram
- 1/2 sudu makan sos ikan
- 1 sudu makan kicap cair
- 2 1/2 sudu teh garam
- lada sulah

Chilli oil :

- 4 sudu makan chilli flakes
- 1 sudu teh garam
- 1 sudu teh gula
- lada sulah
- sedikit biji bijan putih
- 1/3 cawan minyak panas

Chinese-style chicken noodle soup:

- 900g chicken (with the skin once)
- 2 inches of ginger
- 2 scallions tied
- 2 shallots
- 1/5 - 2 liters of water
- shiitake mushrooms
- bok choy mustard
- 400g tarik/yellow/stick noodles
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of liquid soy sauce
- 2 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- pepper

Chilli oil:

- 4 tablespoons of chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- pepper
- some white sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup hot oil
