INGREDIENTS

300g Chickpeas (soaked)
1 litre water
1 pinch baking soda
½ tsp Salt

for masala
½ tsp black peppercorns
3 black cardamoms
5-6 green cardamoms
8-10 cloves
small piece of cinnamon
½ tsp black cumin
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp coriander seeds
½ tsp fennel seeds

1 kg meat
½ cup Oil
1 big sliced onion
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp masala
1 litre water
700 g soaked basmat rice
400ml water
1 tsp salt

1 tbsp Oil
300g carrot juliens
2-3 pinch salt
50g Raisins
1 tbsp powdered sugar
½ quantity of boiled chickpeas
1 tsp masala
