Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients

- 500 ml Whipping Cream
- 100 ml Condensed Milk
- 3 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 100 grams Choco chips
- Ice Cubes


Preparation Method:

— Take ice cubes in a deep bottom bowl
— In a chilled bowl, take whipping cream and place it on ice cubes bowl because cream should be whipped cold
— (note: always whip cream right out of the fridge in a cold bowl inside another bowl containing ice cubes which gives best result)
— Whip cream in a beater about 10 minutes until it becomes double in quantity and reaches its peak
— Now add Vanilla essence and then add condensed milk and whisk well
— Add Choco chips or you can add even Oreo Biscuits at this point
— Mix well and then transfer to container
— Top it with some more Choco chips
— Cover the lid and Freeze it for 24 hours and then serve Chilled Homemade Ice Cream
