introducing Japanese traditional candy "Wagashi" souvenir, the name of this candy is "dorayaki". this time, i show you 3 kind of dorayaki made by Japanese plum manufacturer in Wakayama.
this sweets consists of sweet red bean paste azuki tsubuan, (normal flavor) , mandarin orange flavor shiroan anko, plum flavor shiroan and dorayaki dough (pancake).

it costs 216yen (each). we can buy it plum manufacturer "Komori Baisendo" in Wakayama and their online shop. this time, i bought them at department store Daimaru Umeda in Osaka.
