INGREDIENTS

100ml Oil
½ tsp Cumin seeds
4-5 cloves
4-5 cardamoms
1 black cardamoms
1 sliced onion
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
½ kg mutton
3 sliced tomatoes
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp garam masala
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
100ml water
100g yogurt
1 tbsp Fenugreek leaves
1 Fist Mint leaves
1 fist Coriander leaves
Some fresh red chillies and green chillies
1 lemon
1 tsp keora water
some orange & red food colour


for rice
2 litre water
2 tbsp Salt
2 cloves
2 cardamoms
¼ tsp cumin
½ kg sella rice
