Eggless Thumbprint Cookies | Kitchen Time with Neha
These thumbprint or jam cookies are just bites of fruity delight and they are rich and buttery as well. And they are absolutely fun to make as well as to eat ;) They require so little ingredients so you NEED to make these, especially if you like jam because I promise you that you won't regret it (You can thank me later ;) You can also replace the jam with Nutella or any other nut butter to make these more decadent. And let me tell you, these won't last long so keep a watch on them. Enjoy and Happy Baking! :)
Ingredients: (Makes 23 cookies)
*1/2 cup whole wheat flour
*1/4 cup all purpose flour
*75 g butter, at room temperature (I used Amul salted butter)
*75 g sugar, powdered
*1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*jam, as needed (any flavour)
