Pancakes recipe
Fluffy Pancake Recipe
ingredient :
100 grams of cake flour
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tbsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 chicken egg
100 ml fresh milk
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Method :
1. Sift all the dry ingredients together. Stir well with a whisk (set aside).
2. Crack eggs into a bowl, beat until cracked, add fresh milk to mix together.
3. Add dry ingredients Gradually pour in the liquid ingredients, one portion at a time (recommended in 3 portions), stir to combine.
4. And then add vegetable oil As the last part, stir well.
5. Set the pan on a soft side, pour about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the pan, wait for the air to bubble up, then flip it up and lift it up. Enjoy with honey, maple.
