INGREDIENTS

500g Boneless Chicken
Small Piece of ginger
1 knot of Garlic
2 fist fresh coriander leaves
8-9 Green Chillies
1 lemon's juice
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp chat masala
½ tsp red chilli powder
100g Yogurt
50ml Oil
100g Homemade Malai/ Fresh Cream


for Green Chutney
green paste
½ onion
¼ tsp Salt
1 lemon's juice
some water
