INGREDIENTS:

500g Chicken
½ tsp salt
2-3 pinches turmeric powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Half lemon's juice
50ml Oil
½ tsp dry roasted Fenugreek leaves
2-3 pinches Salt
2-3 pinches turmeric powder
¼ tsp chat masala
¼ tsp garam masala
2-3 pinches roasted cumin powder
1-2 pinches cardamom powder
½ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
50g Yogurt
Some onion & coriander leaves for garnishing
