INGREDIENTS:

500g Chicken pieces
1 grated & squeezed onion
handful of Coriander leaves
¼ tsp roasted cumin seeds
¼ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp chat masala
½ tsp Salt
1 lemon's juice
2 tbsp Desi ghee
100ml Oil
3 big Sliced onion
¼ tsp Salt
1 green & red chilli
¼ tsp chat masala
sprinkle fresh coriander
50g yogurt
50g homemade malai
