½ tsp cumin
½ tsp coriander seeds
3-4 garlic cloves
1 small sliced Onion
4-5 dry red chillies
300g baby potatoes
Some finely chopped ginger
2 pkts dry Fenugreek leaves
¼ tsp salt
50ml Water
