Chicken Stock
Ingredients for Chicken Stock :
— 200 grams chicken bones
— 1 medium onion
— 10 Black pepper corn
— 10 Cloves
— 1 Bay leaf
— 3 Anise star
— 1 stick Cinnamon
— 3 Mace
— 5 Cardamon
— 5 Garlic cloves
— 1 inch Ginger
— 1 tsp Cumin seeds
— 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
— 1 Sprig fresh curry leaves
— 1 tsp Salt
Please note : Above ingredients will give you "Strong Chicken Stock”
In case if you want “Mild Chicken Stock"
— Do not add Mace
— Do not add Anise star
— Add only 1 tsp Coriander seeds
— Add only 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
Preparation method :
— Add all ingredients and Boil it for 45 min on low-medium heat
— Sieve it in another bowl
— Let it cool down completely
— Store it in air tight container
— Refrigerate it and use Chicken Stock within 1 week
