Ingredients for Christmas Cookies in grams:

- 225 gr All Purpose Flour
- 20 gr Cocoa Powder
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 100 gr Powdered Sugar
- 150 gr Cold Butter
- The Zest of 1 Orange
-1/4 tsp Salt

Royal Icing Recipe:

- 400 -500 gr Powdered Sugar
- 1 Egg White
- Juice of half a lemon
- Any Extract you prefer( not necessary)

Note: You may need to vary the precise amounts given in this recipe, depending on the size of your egg-white, and whether you add any other liquids such as vanilla extract. You should adjust the amounts of lemon juice and powdered sugar to achieve the desired consistency of icing.

Allow the icing to set before storing these cookies.
