On warm winter day with outside temp. only -30C we decided to cook this perfect cut of free-range meat. Mr.Ramsay the Owl helped us find some parsley from our natural freezer. We can't describe how tasty this dish was, you can ony guess it while watching this pure therapeutic foodporn... Enjoy! ;)

1/4 cup of cream
2 tbsp. butter
