BOUNTY HUNTER CUPCAKES

Makes 12

150g cocoa powder
520g all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
675g caster sugar
525g unsalted butter, softened
6 large eggs, at room temperature
3 tsp vanilla extract
525ml milk
1 tsp coconut essence
Chocolate sauce
5 bounty coconut bars (or chocolate coconut candy bar equivalent)

Coconut cubes
2 cups desiccated coconut
250ml sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
