We went on a noodle finding adventure! Fat Noodle is a little noodle truck that goes to different locations daily and makes fresh house made noodles. We tracked it down and got some noodles. We then went to Cashew Cow, which is an amazing little vegan ice cream shop that I would highly recommend checking out if you are ever in the Tucson area. Such amazing ice cream with wonderful fresh ingredients.
