SMASHED CHICKEN
Chicken recipe :

- 1/2 chicken
- 4 slices tempeh
- 1 tofu
- 2 shallots
- 1 clove garlic
- 1cm turmeric
- 2 slices galangal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 250ml coconut milk
- 200ml water

Batter:

- 200ml chicken broth (broth used earlier to boil chicken)
- 150g rice flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar

Sambal recipe:

- 2 red chillies
- 18 thai bird eye chillies (lesser if you dont like spicy food)
- 1cm shrimp paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 dutch onion
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp palm sugar
