Scallops, Muntjac and souffle recipes from chef Marianne Lumb
In this video, former MasterChef: The Professionals finalist Marianne Lumb, takes us through three recipes for dishes on her menu at Marianne restaurant in Notting Hill. The first is Isle of Mull Scallop, Tokyo Turnip and Redlove Apple. Marianne's second dish is Forest of Dean Muntjac, Wild Mushrooms and Cavolo Nero and dessert is Soufflé of Grué de Cacao, Poached Quince Sorbet and Crème de Cassis Ganache.
