Ingredients-
3 cup/500g wheat flour
½ cup/80g semolina/suji
⅓ cup/60g gram flour
1 tsp carom seeds
¼ tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup/100g curd
3 tbsp ghee
1 cup/250ml lukewarm water
oil for frying
