Happy New Year! May this be our best year yet! I really enjoyed this burger with portabello mushroom buns. And of course the delicious crunchy onion rings that I love so much. This was my first time having a burger like this and it was really tasty. I used the beyond meat burger and the alexia onion rings. This was a vegan meal. I hope you enjoy.
