Recipe:

Base:

- 150g biscuits (marie)
- 70g butter (melted)

Cream cheese layer:

- 250g cream cheese
- 60g castor sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Mango puree (1 mango)
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- 200ml whipping cream
- 1/2 mango (cut into cube)

Topping:

- Mango puree ( 1 mango)
- 3 tbsp sugar syrup
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
