Saag Recipe - Chana bathua or sarso ka Saag (Winter Special Recipe)
Saag is a vegetable dish from the punjab region of india and pakistan made from the green leaves and spices.
it is mostly served with makki ki roti.


INGREDIENTS

300 gm chenopodium album
300 gm chana leaves
250 gm spinach
250 gm mustard leaves
1 fist fresh fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp yellow corn flour
1 cup saag stock
1 tbsp & 1/4 tsp lehsun ki chutney
1 chopped onion
20-25 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp chopped ginger
3 red chillies
4 chopped green chillies
1 pinch turmeric powder
50 ml mustard oil
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tbsp lehsun ki chutney
