Recipe -
golden rice 750gm
bay leaves(tezpat) 2-3
cinnamon stick(daal chini) 2-3
cumin(zeera) 1/4 tsp
salt(namak) 3 tbsp
cloves(long) 4
green cardamom(hari elaichi) 4
water 3ltr


for chicken masala -
chicken 1kg
sliced ginger(kata hua adrak) 2 pieces
chopped coriander leaves(kata hua hara dhania) 1 fist
fried onion(tali hui pyaz) 2
red chilli powder(lal mirch powder) 1 tsp
coriander powder(dhania powder) 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder(haldi) 1/4 tsp
salt(namak) 1tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
orange food colour(zardai rang) 2pinch
yogurt(dahi) 300 gm
sliced green chillies(kati hui hari mirch) 7-8
sliced tomatoes(kate hue tamatar) 1-2
desi ghee 70 gm
keora water 2-3 tsp
