Make Multigrain Honey Oats Bread with Paneer Tikka like Subway from scratch | Yummylicious
Your response to my previous subway bread video was tremendous .. So today I come up with another recipe of multigrain bread.
This bread recipe is from scratch, I have made my own multigrain flour with whole grains subway use in multigrain bread.
You can skip that step and use ready made multigrain flour to the bread.
Also, I chose to make paneer tikka which compliments perfectly with it.

So here are the list of ingredients :

Step 1 : Multigrain Flour
(You can use readymade multigrain flour/atta)

- Wheat ( 1 Kg )
- Dried Corn Kernels (25 gms)
- Finger Millet ( ragi ) (25 gms)
- Brown Rice (25 gms)
- Flax seeds (10 gms)
- Sorghum/ jowar (25 gms)
- Sunflower seeds (10 gms)
- Rolled oats (50gms)
- Barley Seeds (25 gms)
- Grind it in flour mill

Step 2 : Multigrain Honey Oats Bread

- Bread Flour ( 1 Cup )
( You can use all purpose flour and a tsp of wheat gluten )
- Multigrain Flour (1/2 Cup)
- Salt to taste
- Mix it well
- Instant yeast (1 Tsp)
- Sugar (1 Tsp)
- Mix
- Oil ( 2 Tbsp)
- Warm Water (1/2 cup)
- Add water to make a sticky dough
- Dust flour on the surface
- Knead it for 5 - 7 min
- Oil the bowl
- Rest for 1 - 2 hours / dough doubled in size
- Take the dough on the surface
- Divide the dough
- Shape it in a 9 inch log
- Place 2 aluminum foil rolls at a distance
- Place the log it in between 2 rolls
- Brush the top with honey
- Sprinkle rolled oats on it
- Cover & Rest it for 30 - 45 min
- Score the loaf
- Pre - heat the Oven at 200C
- Bake at 200C for 20-25 min
- Perfect textured bread

Step 3 : Paneer Tikka

- Cumin Powder (1/2 Tsp)
- Coriander Powder (1/2 Tsp)
- Garam Masala (1/2 Tsp)
- Carom Seeds (1/2 Tsp)
- Cinnamon Powder (1/8 Tsp)
- Black Pepper (1/8 Tsp)
- Dry Mango Powder (Amchur) (1/2 Tsp)
- A pinch of nutmeg powder
- Pinch of Turmeric Powder
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder (2 Tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Kasuri Methi ( 1/2 Tsp)
- Mix it well
- Yogurt (1/4 cup)
- Ginger Garlic Paste (1 Tsp)
- Tikka Seasoning
- Mix it well
- Oil (1/2 Tsp)
- Put Paneer Cubes (200 grams)
- Mix it well
- Marinate for atleast 2 hours
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for 10 min
- Put paneer cubes on skewers
- Line a tin with foil for easy cleaning
- Pre-heat oven at 220C
- Bake at 200C for 10 - 12 min

Step 4 : Assembling the sandwich

- Slice the bread in half
- Cut diagonally 2 cheese slices
- Grill until cheese partially melted
- Put Shredded ice berg lettuce
- Sliced Tomatoes
- Sliced Cucumber
- Pickled Vegetables/ Burger Chips
- Pickled Jalapeno
- Olives
- Julienne Capsicum
- Julienne Onions
- Put Paneer Tikka
- Pour Mayonnaise
- Southwest Chipotle
- Harissa Mayo
- Chilli Sauce
- Barbeque Sauce


- Close the top and press it a bit so that it stays intact
