Recipe in grams:

- 200 gr All Purpose Flour
- 50 gr Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
- 80 gr Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Coffee
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 drop of black food coloring. You don't need a lot! It's just to enhance the dark color.
- 150 gr Butter
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Filling:

- 200 gr Philadelphia Cream Cheese -
- 80 gr Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 7 tbsp Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
- 2/3 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Coffee
- 2 Egg Yolks

- 7 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
