How to make Kaju ki Barfi (Without Milk) or Kaju Katli Recipe or also called Cashew Burfi Recipe by kitchen with amna.

Ingredients:

Cashew 1 Cup (Chopped)
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Water 1/4 Cup
Green Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
Ghee 1 tsp

Direction:

Step 1: First of all take a Grinder jar and add Cashew and Grind it Well.

Step 2: Take a pan and add Sugar and water and cook it until sugar melted.

Step 3: Now add cashew powder and Green Cardamom Powder and mix it well and add Ghee and mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame or until it come into form.

Step 4: After that turn off the flame and take a bowl and put into this bowl and cool it on room temperature after that make a ball of this dough and take a butter paper and grease it with ghee and put on this paper and slightly press with hands and put another butter paper on this and rest it for 30 minutes on room temperature.

Step 5: After that cut it into diamond shape and garnish with some dry fruits.
