McFlurry is everybody's favorite but their new version of black forest makes it more special. I personally love black forest cake and this version totally lives up all pur memories connected to black forest cake.
Black forest cake eggless / with egg contains chocolate cake, cherry fillings and whipped cream. Well this McFlurry takes black forest concept to the next level.
It consists of various components but together once its done, its absolutely delightful. So yummy that m sure you will make it again and again and again.
So lets start with the process.
In this recipe I made everything from scratch but you can certainly use some readymade things like vanilla ice cream or strawberry sauce or even fudge sauce.
But for those who like to make everything at home, you can keep these things in refrigerator for up 15 days so do not worry you can enjoy these things for a long time.

For this recipe it has 5 steps :

1. Vanilla McFlurry ( or Ice cream )
2. Strawberry sauce
3. Brownie
4. Hot fudge sauce
5. Assembling

So lets get started :

Step 1 :
( 200 ml fresh cream packet for 2 McFlurry)
- Refrigerate Fresh Cream overnight
( I have used Amul Fresh Cream )
- Scoop out 1 cup Thick cream
( Do not put whey which will be settled at the bottom )
- Blend on low speed till you get pouring consistency
- Icing Sugar ( 1 Tbsp )
- Pure Vanilla Extract (1/4 Tsp)
( Use a very good quality vanilla extract as it will determine the final taste of the ice cream )
- Blend until you get stiff peaks
- Condensed Milk ( 1/2 Cup)
- Fold it lightly into whipped cream
( Do not whisk as we do not want to let the air escape from the whipped cream )
- Pour it into a large zip lock bag
- Spread it, to make a relatively thin layer
( Thinner the layer, more surface area it will have which will freeze very fast compared to thick layer )
- Seal it properly
- Freeze it until hard ( 4 - 6 hours )
- Remove the cream from oreo biscuits
- Crush it with wooden spoon or rolling pin
- Here the pieces should not be tiny.
- After freezing, take the bag out
- You will notice its very hard
- Twist it & break it into smaller parts
- If you want to use ready made ice cream then follow the steps from here.
- Put the smaller parts in the food processor with a dough blade
- If you do not have food processor do it with a fork and mash it till you have soft serve consistency
- Put the ice cream mix in the cup
- Freeze it for 4 hours 
- It should not be very hard, whippable consistency 
- If it is freezed till its hard then put it in refrigerator for 30 min to soften a bit
- We will do the rest of the process in step 5 - Assembling

Step 2 : Strawberry Sauce/ Syrup

- Diced Strawberries ( 1 Cup )
( You can use frozen or fresh )
- Sugar ( 3 Tbsp)
( You can add more according to the sweetness of your strawberries )
- Water (1/4 Cup)
- Bring it to a boil
- Citric Acid (1/2 Tsp)
( You can use Lemon Juice : 1 Tbsp)
- Pinch of salt
- Keep stirring and mashing till it gets educed
- Blend it smooth
- Put it through a sieve to get rid of the seeds
- You can store this syrup in the refrigerator for 7-10 days
( If you want to store it for longer period then you can add preservatives like sodium benzoate)

Dry Ingredients :

- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup)
- All Purpose Flour (3/4 Cup)
- Powdered Sugar ( 3/4 Cup)
- A pinch of Baking Soda
- Baking Powder (1/4 Tsp)
- Sift all dry ingredients.
- Mix very well so that leaving agents are properly distributed all over the flour.

Wet Ingredients :
- Place a sauce pan and put a cup of water
- Place a larger bowl on the top.
- Oil (1 Tbsp)
- Butter (2 Tbsp)
- Dark Chocolate (1/4 cup)
- Melt until silky smooth.
- Milk (1/2 Cup)
- Add milk gradually while stirring it in.
- Cool to room temperature
- Mix dry ingredients in chocolate mix
- Use cut & fold method to mix it in using spatula.
- Add in 2 or 3 batches mixing in properly.
- Add Chopped Walnuts ( 2 Tbsp ) ( You can add more if you like )
- In a square mould, line the base with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter
- Level it with spatula
- Put some more walnuts or almonds
- Pre-heat oven at 180C & bake for 25-30 min

- Take a skewer test before taking it out.
- Remove the brownie from the mould and place it on baking safe tray
- Let it cool completely before using

Step 4 : Hot Fudge Sauce
- Condensed Milk (1/4 Cup)
- Milk (1/4 Cup)
- Cocoa Powder (3 Tbsp)
- Brown Sugar (1/4 Cup)
- Coconut Oil (1 Tsp) ( Substitue : Butter 1 tbsp)
- Mix it
- Stir continuously on lowest flame
- Do not quit stirring as it burns very easily
- Bring to boil
- Flame off
- Chopped Dark Chocolate (1/3 cup)
- Stir until melted evenly
Step 5 : Assembling Black Forest McFlurry

- Bring the Vanilla ice cream from step 1 to soft serve consistency
- Put Hot Fudge Topping
- Put some brownie pieces
- Swirl in Strawberry sauce
- Mix lightly & serve immediately

- Enjoy this amazing tasty dessert.
