Recipe-
for puree

roughly chopped tomatoes(kate hue tamatar) 150gm
peeled ginger(adrak) 1
peeled garlic(chhila hua lehsun) 6
sliced green chilli(kati hui hari mirch) 1
cinnamon stick(daalchini) 1
almonds(badam) 8-10
cashew(kaju) 10-12

for gravy
Paneer 150 gm
curd(dahi) 40gm
fresh cream(cream) 2tbsp
chopped onion(kati hui pyaz) 1
black cardamom(badi elaichi) 1
cinnamon stick(dalchini) 1
green cardamom(hari elaichi) 1
clove(long) 1
bay leaves(tezpat) 2-3
cumin(zeera) 2pinch
garam masala 2 pinch
red chilli powder(lal mirch powder) 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder(haldi) 2 pinch
coriander powder(dhania powder) 1/4 tsp
shahi paneer masala 2 tsp
oil 4 tbsp
coriander leaves,cream,cashew for garnishing
