Ingrediens for 4 Chicken Parmesan Burgers

800g Ground Chicken
1 small bunch of Parsley
100 g Parmesan Cheese (Grana Padano)
100 g Bread Crumbs
Olive Oil
Italian Pesto
2 Cloves of Garlic
400 g Tomato Sauce (Marinara)
2 Buffalo Mozzarella
Burger buns
Salt / Pepper

Preparation:

Put the ground chicken into a bowl and add the chopped parsley, bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese. Add the crushed garlic, seasons with salt & pepper to taste and combine all ingredients well well!

Form 4 burger patties (6 if you want them smaller), preheat your grill aka. pan for medium heat, add some olive oil and fry the burgers for 2 minutes from each side. Then add the tomato sauce, top the burgers with mozzarella slices and cover the lid for 8-10 minutes.

To finish your burger, put a little bit of the sauce onto a toasted burger bund - I used a brioche burger bun - add the burger and a little bit of Italian pesto & enjoy your Chicken Parm Burger.
