2 (1-ounce) chocolate bars, cut into chunks, plus more for garnish

For the cookies and cream whipped cream frosting:

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup finely ground chocolate cookie crumbs

For the brownie glaze:

1 tablespoon brownie mix

2 teaspoons grapeseed oil

1 tablespoon heavy cream

1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
