Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge, talks to The Staff Canteen about his new venture the Butcher’s Tap Marlow. Originally a pub, and like so many wet lead pubs, it’s difficult to make them work. So Tom and Andy Cook have set up a butchers shop inside a pub. A traditional retail butcher which focuses on quality sourced meat. With a small food offering, this is a place where you can grab a joint for your Sunday roast, and have a pint and hot dog while you wait.
