How to make Murgh Musalam Recipe at Home Without Oven. A Easy Whole Chicken Recipe by Kitchen With Amna.

Ingredients:

Whole Chicken 1.5 Kg
Yogurt 1 Cup
Dried Red Chili Peppers 10 to 20
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1+1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Red Food Color 1 Pinch
Garlic Cloves 8
Ginger 5 Inch
Cumin 1 tbsp
Dry Coriander 1 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a blender jar and add Dried Red Chili Peppers, Garlic Cloves, Ginger, Dry Coriander and add 1 tbsp Yogurt and blend it.

Step 2: Now take a large bowl and put all (Step 1) mixture and add Yogurt, Red Chili Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Food Color and mix it well and marinated the Whole Chicken with this for overnight into Fridge.

Step 3: After that take a pot and Steam it for 20 minutes on medium flame (10 minutes for each side). After that take a karahi and add 2 cups oil (or depend on your karahi and Chicken) and Fried it. Your murgh musallam is Ready. Serve it with Boiled eggs and Salad.
