I wanted to share this beautiful colourful cake this Holi with you all just to add some extra colours to this festival of colours! ;) This cake is just a simple and fluffy vanilla sponge cake and it is really yummy. You can also bake it as a plain vanilla sponge cake without the colours or just vary up the colours. That's the beauty of baking cakes at home. You can personalize them to suit your taste ;) Enjoy! Ingredients:
*200 g all purpose flour
*1 tsp baking powder
*5 eggs
*1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*200 g salted butter, at room temperature
*200 g powdered sugar
*red, green, blue and yellow food colours
