A Perfect and Complete Method Roghni Naan Recipe On Tawa and in Oven With 2 Methods. Roghni Naan With & Without Oven Naan Recipe by Kitchen With Amna.

Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Milk Powder 3 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp (Melted)
Yogurt 1 tbsp (in Room Temperature)
Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Milk as You Required

Roghni Paste Ingredients:

Milk 2 tbsp
Milk Powder 1 tbsp
Sesame 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Milk Powder, Baking Soda, Instant Yeast, Sugar Powder, Salt and mix it well and then add Yogurt and mix it well and then knead it with Required Warm Milk for 2 minutes and then add Melted Butter and then knead again for 10 minutes. After that Cover it and rest it for 2 hours or until it rise.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Milk and Milk Powder and mix it well.

Step 3: After 2 hours open the dough and dust dry flour on kitchen slab and then slightly knead the dough and then make the balls for naan and then take a ball and dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and then press this and rolling the naan bread and then brush the milk and milk powder paste and then push the hand finger for naan design and then sprinkle the Sesame and then spread the slightly water on the back side of the naan bread and then put on the tawa/pan (Tawa should be Preheated) and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on very low flame and then turn the tawa and high the flame and cook it from top side and rotate the tawa during this process. When desired color is came then your Roghni Naan is ready.

For Oven: You Just Complete the all process rather than turn the tawa and high the flame and cook it from top side and rotate the tawa during this process. You Just On the Oven Grill (Which Should be Preheated) and Bake on the Grill for 5 minutes on 200c to 250c.
