Tahari - Bachi Hui dishes se banae Jhatpat ye Tahari
Tahari is a yellow rice dish in awadhi cuisine.in one version of tahari, potatoes and leftovers are added to rice. it is most popular in north india, pakistan and bangladesh. in some areas it is sold as street food.

INGREDIENTS
300 gm Golden rice (soaked)
Aloo qeema as needed (any other dish)
2 diced tomatoes
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 sliced potato
1/2 sliced lemon
1 cup peas
2 tbsp oil
600 ml water
2 tsp salt
