Make India's BIGGEST Cheesiest Sandwich/Bahubali Sandwich at home| Indian Street Foods| Yummylicious
As the name suggests this is one of the biggest sandwich in india and I made it even cheesier and exotic with pizza on the top. This sandwich is truly biggest sandwich I have ever made.
When we see them making it on streets we find it so intimidating and I always wonder if I would be able to make it but to be honest, when I made it at home it was so so so much more tastier than the actual sandwich in Mumbai.
Recently I took a poll on what fillings and toppings would you like to have in this huge sandwich and I got a tremendous response. Based on your votes I have tried to add as much as possible in and on the sandwich. This is a kind of giant inside out pizza sandwich and hope you all like it.
Its very easy to make once you start. So lets begin :

Step 1 : Green Chutney

- Coriander (1/2 Cup)
- Mint leaves ( pudina ) (1/4 Cup)
- Roasted Peanuts (2 Tbsp)
- Ginger (1/2 inch)
- Garlic (4 - 5 cloves)
- Cumin Powder (1/2 Tsp)
- Green Chilli ( I have added 1 since mine is quite hot, but you can add as per your taste and requirement )
- Sugar (1/2 Tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice (1 Tsp)
- Water (3 Tbsp)
- Grind it until it makes a smooth paste
- You can store it in refrigerator and in order to prevent it from darkening, you can add mayonnaise in it.

Step 2 : Sauteed Babycorns and Mushrooms

- Oil (1/2 Tsp)
- Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
- Baby corns (1/2 Cup)
- Salt & pepper
- Saute for 4 - 5 min or until browned

- Oil (1/2 Tsp)
- Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
- Mushrooms (1/2 Cup)
- Salt & pepper
- Saute 2 - 3 min or until browned

Step 3 : Maggi

- Water (1 & 1/2 Cup)
- Maggie Tastemake/ masala
- Put the noodles
- Boil for 2 - 3 min or until done
- Add 1/2 Tsp Butter and keep it aside
- Try to boil off all the water so that when you put it on the bread, it wont go soggy

Step 4 : Assembling the sandwich

- You will require 3 jumbo sandwich breads
- You can use 6 or 9 small sandwiches and join it
- If you join then there is no need to cut it in pieces.
- Take 1 bread slice
- Butter both sides
- Apply Green chutney
- Thinly sliced Boiled Potatoes
- Thinly sliced Onions
- Sprinkle some chat masala
- Put cooked maggi
- Cheddar Cheese (1/3 Cup)
( The best cheese to use here is pizza cheese or processed cheese. I used 'GO Processed Cheese'. I prefer GO processed and Mozzarella cheese. Mozzarella Cheese is very awesome as it gives that amazing stringy effect to this sandwich. )
- Mozzarella Cheese (1/4 Cup)
- Sprinkle Dry Oregano and Chilli Flakes
- Put Capsicum Rings on it
( Do not put more as you do not want to overpower any particular taste )
- Place second bread slice
- Apply Butter
- Put 1 Tbsp Green chutney & 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- Mix & spread evenly
- Boiled Potato slices
- Thinly sliced Tomatoes
- Thinly sliced onions
- Sauteed babycorns & mushroons
- Grate Beetroots (1/4 Cup)
- Grate Carrot (1/4 Cup)
- Red Cabbage
- Green Cabbage
- Cheddar Cheese (1/3 Cup)
- Mozzarella cheese (1/4 Cup)
- Place 3rd bread slice
- Apply Pizza Sauce
- Flip it over
- Place it on parchment paper and cut it in 9 parts ( if you have used small bread then cut accordingly )
- Mozzarella cheese (1/2 Cup)
- Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes
- You can put any pizza toppings of your choice. These are my all time favorite ones.
- Put Capsicum
- Yellow & Red bell peppers
- Jalapenos
- Olives
- Pre- heat at 180C & bake for 12 - 14 min
- If you want to make it on tawa then cover and grill it on lowest flame.
- Bake or grill until cheese melts completely.
- Have this amazing bahubali sandwich which is kind of a huge giant veg sandwich and lets not forget cheesiest as well.
- Hope you will make it at home very soon. I'm sure that you will love it more than any sandwich you ever had.
