¼ Cup Plain Yogurt
2 Cup All purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 ½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp salt
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 Cups shredded Carrots
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
1 Cup Chopped nuts
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup crushed pineapple

To Make the Icing:
2 (226 G) sticks unsalted Butter
1 (226 G) stick Cream Cheese
1-3 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1-2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
