Loki Mutton Dalcha - Hydrabadi Style traditional mutton Dalcha | Hydrabadi stew
Dalcha also known as kaddu ka dalcha,is an hydrabadi indian stew made from mutton, chana dal and tamarind. it is usually served with bhagara khana. this is the common dish made in hydrabad and is famous for its unique ingredients and excellent taste. dalcha is a hydrabadi stew.

INGREDIENTS
for Daal
100 gm bengal gram(1/2 an hour soaked)
600 ml water
2 pinch turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt
30 gm tamarind water(add after daal boiled)
For mutton
1/2 kg mutton
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 sliced onion
75 ml oil
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 & 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1& 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp salt
100 ml water
4 cloves
3 green cardamom
5 black pepper
1 inch cinnamon stick

For Lauki
75 ml oil
1 sliced onion
4 green chillies
4-5 curry leaves
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 & 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 & 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 bottle gourd
100 ml water
2 pinch salt
4 diced tomatoes
1 fist mint leaves
1 fist coriander leaves

For garnishing
1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
cumin powder
