4 ways to use LEFTOVER Rice|Cabbage Rolls|Fried Rice in mug|Biryani Bombs|Cheesy Sticks|Rice Recipes
Everybody has leftovers. Sometimes is rice sometimes its leftover roti, but its always a tricky thing to think what can we do with it. Here are 4 ideas to use your leftover rice in a cool and unexpected way.
So lets get started.

Recipe 1 : Cabbage Rolls

- Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
- Chopped Garlic (1/2 Tbsp)
- Onion (1/2 Cup)
- Saute till onions are translucent
- Tomato Puree (3/4 Cup)
- Cumin Powder (1 Tsp)
- Cinnamon Powder (1/4 Tsp)
- Coriander Powder (1 Tsp)
- Chilli Powder (1 Tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar (1 Tsp)
- Cook till the water evaporates
- Leftover Rice ( 1 Cup)
- Cook for 5 - 7 min
- Remove the core of the cabbage
- Separate leaves carefully
- Put Water in Saucepan
- Salt (1 Tsp)
- Put Cabbage leaves
- Boil till leaves become soft & translucent
- Drain them
- Put 2 - 3 Tbsp Rice
- Roll it lightly
- If you wish you can serve it right away..
- Arrange rolls in a baking dish
- Put Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 Cup)
- You can use any cheese of your choice
- Sprinkle oregano & chilli flakes
- Pre-heat oven at 180C & bake for 15 - 20 min
- Serve it right away.

Recipe 2 : Cheesy Biryan Bombs

- Leftover biryani (1 - 2 Cups)
- Separate whole spices
- Mash it up
- Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 Cup)
- Cheese is optional
- Mix it well
- Make a medium sized ball
- Dip it in slurry (flour + water)
- Roll it in Breadcrumbs
- Deep fry until golden brown
- Serve it with raita

Recipe 3 : Mug Fried Rice in 3 min

- Oil (1 Tsp)
- Tops of spring onions (2 Tbsp)
( You can use onion if you wish )
- Ginger garlic paste (2 Tsp)
- Mix it up
- Cover it & microwave it for 1 min
- Capsicum (2 Tbsp)
- Yellow Bell Pepper (2 Tbsp)
- Red Bell Pepper ( 2Tbsp)
- Boiled Carrots (2 Tbsp)
- Boiled Green peas (2 Tbsp)
- Red/ Green Cabbage (1/4 Cup)
- Mix it up
- Cover & microwave for 1 min
- Soya Sauce (1 Tsp)
- Hot/ Chilli Sauce (2 Tsp)
- Salt & pepper
- Mix it well
- Leftover Rice (1 Cup)
- Mix it very well
- Cover & Microwave for 1 min
- Mix it for the last time
- Put some chopped spring onions & serve

Recipe 4 : Cheese Sticks

- Leftover Rice (1 Cup)
- Rice Flour (3 Tbsp)
- Water (3 Tbsp)
- Mix until the mixture is sticky
- Green Chillies (1/2 Tsp)
- Chopped Carrot (3 Tbsp)
- Chopped Spinach (3 Tbsp)
- Chopped Onion (2 Tbsp)
- Boiled Sweet Corn (2 Tbsp)
- Red Bell Pepper (2 Tbsp)
- Grate Ginger (1 Tsp)
- Salt & Pepper
- Cumin Powder (1 Tsp)
- Mixed Herbs (1 Tsp)
- Mix it well
- Cut Mozzarella Cheese in sticks ( I use GO mozzarella Cheese )
- Roll it in cylindrical shape
- Put cheese stick in middle
- Seal it
- Deep fry on medium flame
- Fry until its golden brown
- Serve it with ketchup/ hot sauce
