INGREDIENTS:

For the Apricot Dijon Glaze:

1/4 cup apricot preserves
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard

Ingredients for Sheet Pan Salmon:

2 lb salmon filet, cut into 6 equal portions
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 broccoli florets, cut into medium florets
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste
